They have fewer errors and are more accurate compared to twisted wires. The only advantage they got is that they are relatively expensive than the previous twisted wires. The overall limitations of network cables include difficulties of maintenance as time goes by. This system with time can fail due to various reasons, when this happens sometimes it becomes hard to diagnose.

It is cost effective and allows scaling and flexibility, increased speed of data for improved transfer of data and improve organization productivity. It is a system that supports data and voice cable information management and transmission.
